All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
We try to display products, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight differences from the images may occur.
Blind box contents are random and determined by the brand.
Prices, products, and promotions may change without notice. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted once we send you an order confirmation email.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

5. Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. See our Refund Policy for conditions and exceptions.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the warranty provided by their manufacturer, where applicable. Warranty terms vary by brand.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops or impacts, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and a description and photos of the problem.
